               Exp: 8-10 years

               Description:

  • Working completely on business development activities from lead generation.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Salesforce CRM solution and identify appropriate buyers. 
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. 
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Salesforce CRM solution will speak to those needs.

2.  Position: Tech Lead

              Exp: 8-9 years

              Relevant Experience:6 years

              Description:

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Force.com, various portals).
  • Must have DEV 401 or DEV 501 certification.
  • Expertise in – Batch apex trigger, classes, visual force page development, AJAX tool kit, JQuery, web services API (SOAP and REST) Integration.
  • Prior experience of managing a development team will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Support process will be an added advantage. Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team.

3.  Position: US Lead Generation Executive

 Exp: 3-4 years

Description:

  • Working completely on business development activities from lead generation till working on RFP’s & RFI’s.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Salesforce CRM solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target North American market. 
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. 
  • To maintain the pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • To meet the targets set by the management from time to time. 
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com.

4.  Position: US IT Recruiter

Exp: 2-3 years

Description:

  • Manage bench sales to achieve good placements by approaching employers by using job boards, Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, internal database and professional contacts.
  • Solid bill rate and salary negotiation skills as per the Tax Terms like W2, 1099, C2C.
  • Effectively managed different visa holders like H1B/GC/US Citizens for different opportunities with the clients.
  • Maintain database of candidates, tracking and follow up of candidates when they become available.
